Default Dialing from address book. HELP!!

Please Login to Remove!

I just picked up the 8330 today and when I got home and got it all set up I tried to call or sms someone from my address book the phone dials 011 before every call and when trying to sent sms I get an error 96 message. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I really don't have time to get back to the store until later in the week and any ideas would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance

Check out your Smart Dialing options under the Call Log/Phone icon -> Options. 011 might be set as your area code or something.

011 seems to be an international dialing setting. As stated above make sure your area code is input correctly. It should also read +1 for country code and 10 for national number length.
