My expansion card is not registering. What can I do?

First, don't call it an expansion card... it's a media card and people will get confused when you call it something else.

Options>Media card>Media card support (on)

Be sure you have it installed correctly. Do you have the side slot or the slot underneath the battery?

The reason you don't call it an expansion card is that it really isn't. It doesn't support installation of any BB apps, and you can't save BB data to it. It's a media card because that's pretty much all it will store.
