Default Curve - Remove POP3 account

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I've configured a Curve to use a POP3 account alongside the BES account, now the user doesn't want those emails coming to his device.

I can't for the life of me work out how to remove this, what am I missing?

Not sure if this is the same with BES Curves, but have you tried going through the "Email Settings" app and deleting it from there? I can do this on BIS just not sure about BES.

Log into your bis.blackberry.com/carrier account and delete the email account there.

It's the same. Unless the BES admin has blocked BIS use they happily run alongside each other.
