You'll need to download a few things such as JL commander, the most recent desktop manager, the current OS from your provider.

The FAQ should be able to get you back to where you should be.

All of this having been said, if this is a new unit and you haven't done anything like install a non-carrier OS you can save yourself some time and just take it to the store and let them sort it out.
