Documents to Go on Blackberry 8310 -Where is it ?
 

This might be a duplicate post but here goes.

I bought an 8310 off someone that was almost new.

Not sure if he would have registered it or not but I do not see docs to go and do not have a registration number to download it to my laptop and sync it.

Am I missing something here ?? How do I get it on my 8310

THe platform version says it is 4.5.055 so I assume it is upgraded to the OS4.5

Help I am new to all this stuff.

Just because you are on OS 4.5 doesn't mean the previous user loaded DocsToGo.

If it is there, you will see it listed among Options > Advanced > Applications.

If not, download and install your OS to your PC, and load DocsToGo yourself.

The lad probably didn't select it to be installed during the upgrade process. Your best bet would be to reinstall the OS ......... be sure to select Docs To Go during that process. You will then receive the registration code which will enable you to download the service upgrade that includes Sheet To Go.

I upgraded to .77 and I don't see excel. I have powerpoint and word. I don't see an option for it in the install either. Is that normal?

As stated above you have to register Docs2Go with Dataviz to get the upgrade that ewill include Sheets2Go for Excell. Be advised it does not support Excell2007 files only 2003.
