My apologies for the double post... my question was probably better suited here.

I am trying to help my brother out... he successfully upgraded to 4.5 on both his desktop and phone (AT&T). Everything seems to be working fine except the sync'ing of his outlook contacts. He is not using BES rather sync'ing over cable and only has contacts selected in sync'ing preferences.I have done everything I can think of; even deleted his outlook profile and re-created it. After multiple reboots and creation/deletion of the sync settings I have no idea why the contacts on the phone are not written to outlook on his desktop.Unfortunately he is running Windows 2000 Pro (company standard). I am wondering if something got changed in 4.5 that might have broken this on W2k? Seems a bit weird that the OS would break it, but his sync worked fine with his previous DM.Any help would be greatly appreciated

4.5 introduces multiple address books. Check address book options. Only the default book wants to sync. I had a mess with this a month ago.
