Default newbie needs help please

Please Login to Remove!

How do I sync address book/stuffs from my Pc to blackberry. I am using groupwise 6.5 ... please help

I have Desktop manager installed on my PC. Every time I connect my blackberry and open desktop manager, click on sync, message pops up "no applications configured for sync"

You have to configure the GroupWise app to sync with your blackberry. There is an option under SYNCHRONIZE to CONFIGURE sync... but depending on the version of the desktop manager, it is found in different locations... which version are you using of the DTM?

I found "configuration" tab.
- I clicked on configuration sync, selected address, selected Novel Groupwise, selected Two way sync,

it's asking for username and password. I entered my email address and password but there was an error popped up stating that "Novell Groupwise Connector error: Application logon failed. Please check your username and password".
