Been using for a while, since beta.

If it's something you'll use a lot, it's worthwhile (it's pretty big at 600k). If it's just to have it on there in case you need it I wouldn't bother.

It does work fairly well, though the speech recognition isn't perfect (haven't found one that is). I use it a lot for notes to myself when driving or to send a quick SMS or email while walking or driving. I've commited to myself that I'll send messages that have errors so I'm not doing any typing while driving (I leave the Vlingo tagline so people know why there might be errors).

I like it a lot. Just DL'd the newest 4.5 OS version today. I use it like the previous poster said; when I'm driving, walking, or otherwise unable to type. It works fairly well and if it hears something wrong it is very easy to correct. It doesn't interfere with anything and it can be activated from any application that I have found so far. So the only con is that it takes up some memory space, but I don't worry about that on my 8330, I have plenty of memory.
