Unhappy So Confused

Please Login to Remove!

I have a problem now that i have caused by using Max Mem and the advice i have been given is to reload my OS. I have no idea on how to do this. My quistions are:
1. Do i have to remove the OS that is currently on my phone and if so, how do i do that.
2. Does it matter which OS I put back on my phone and how do i put this back onto my phone.

Is there a step by step guide somewhere on doing all this. Im afraid im going to screw something up and my BB that i value greatly will be useless. Im sorry if this has been asked or if its a stupid quistion but really need some help somewhere.

Thank you for you time.
Kyle

Follow this, no need to delete the OS, and you can put the same one on: How do I upgrade the OS on my BlackBerry? - BlackBerryFAQ
