Wirelessly posted (off to see the wizard)

While message press menu button then select show images or retrieve something like that

Hi...

A couple of questions...

Are you on Bis or Bes?
Are you refering to HTML email or view attached documents?

H.

For security reasons, RIM will not likely ever allow for automatic download of images so you'll have to do as ezrunner said. With a message/email open, hit the menu key and click on Get Images.

When I hit the menu button, there is no option to get images. I have the option of opening a attachment but not images. I am running OS 4.5.0.69. Thanks!

Well I finally figured out how to get html email. I had to delete all service books that had to do with email and then resend the service books at BIS site. All is working fine now. Thanks for all the help.
