BIS Registration I tried registering for my BIS account on the AT&T Blackberry Internet Service page. And I can assure you that this is the first time I have ever seen this webpage before. But when I type in my PIN and IMEI, it says an account for that PIN is already in use. What can I do? Is there some other account I have registered for related to this one? |

BIS is your email, internet, and all that fancy jazz... what you are signing into on the website is were you can set up your email addresses to have them pushed to your device |
Ditto what Cory stated, and it is evident you didn't get a new device... remanufactured is common from ATT for replacements. It is too bad they don't have the quality care to check PINs and use and remove them before shipping the device out as remanufactured. |
that is pretty funny if true... that they are shipping out devices from the warehouse that are still registered to other accounts... that would choke me! |
I come across many of these here in, Jamaica. Our network provider refuses to de-register or remove the accounts from the device. So I'm investigating other methods at this time. |
