Following the user manual would be easy if it matched up to what actually happens on the phone. I'm trying to activate blocking unknown calls and sending them direct to voicemail and figuring out how to set this up is a challenge.

Can somebody simply list the steps for this to be accomplished on my BB Curve 8300 series? If you don't know, at the least any suggestions on where to go for help?

Thank you,
Jon
