I don't know if this is the proper place to ask this question, but I did successfully install the latest software and Desktop manager for my Blackberry 8310 (AT&T). But now when I go use Windows Media Player 11, I'm getting the error message that it can't find the Roxio Cineplayer Decoder Pack and it wants me to point it towards the installation package, which I can't.

I don't even use this, and downloaded my Roxio EMC10, so I have no installation package. Not sure if I did that would fix this problem anyway.

Anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

when you installed DM you likely also chose to install media manager (roxio). sounds like it might have overwritten a previous roxio file. if you downloaded EMC10 that IS the installation package. point it to what you downloaded. will probably have to be an MSI package so you might have to unzip what you downloaded. or uninstall EMC10 and reinstall it. if it turns out EMC10 and DM media manager conflict somehow, remove media manager. its useless.
