Does anybody know how to get to the "service mode" on an 8310? I want to view the total usage times (data and phone) on a used curve that I got on E-Bay. All my cell phones have them, and the providers won't take them back if they "have more that 30 minutes usage" so they must be able to tell how much it was used.

go to your phone log, press the blackberry button, go to status, and it shows you total minutes used for all of your calls since you got the phone
