Default Question about Curve on Verizon.

I've had a Windows Mobile device for several years but it broke recently and I'm thinking about getting a Curve. I have a Pioneer stereo (DEH-7000BT) in my car and the Bluetooth on the Windows Mobile device was perfect. Connected everytime, phonebook download worked, very crisp sound on both ends of the phone...

Now I've been reading bad things about the Curve losing it's connection after 1-2 minutes with the Pioneer radios. I called Pioneer today and asked them and they said it was the "new" software that the Curve uses that causes the problem. I search the site here for Bluetooth and Pioneer. It seems some people were able to get it to work with 4.5? Come used the feature to have bluetooth on all the time on the Curve?

I'd really just like to know if it works with the Pioneer stereo and if there are any limitations, such as the phonebook not downloading. Any help would be great!

I just got my Curve today but I talked on it using my Pioneer FH-P800BT without any problems. I realize you are on VZW but the carrier shouldn't matter for BT. Connected fine, sounded good and it downloaded my phonebook.

Thanks for the info! Is there anyone that has experienced problems with the Curve and Bluetooth on a Pioneer stero?
