Default Music From Zune Store

I searched the Forums on DRM, and all the post (I found) had to do with iTunes. I thought Zune did not have DRM, but my songs I bought are not playing on Curve (8330). It says the songs are DRM. Has anyone else run into this?

I did a quick Google search of Zune and DRM and yes they are protected.
