I used to be able to open links that I received through text but now I can't seem to open them. The page just times-out. Any help???

Check your tcp settings if you are using a 3rd party browser (opera mini). If you use the BB browser, do an hrt refresh. If that doesn't work, delete the service books (options>adv>service books), then log into your BIS and resend the servuce books
