8300E_PBr4[1].5.0_rel92_PL2.7.0.72_A4.5.0.69 and this one 8300M_PBr4[1].5.0_rel81_PL2.7.0.68_A4.5.0.55_F100 which should i use bb 8300

8300M_PBr4[1].5.0_rel81_PL2.7.0.68_A4.5.0.55_F100 appears to be the most up-to-date version, or at least the one that is sticked at the top of this forum.

As for the differences, I think only RIM really knows that one.

.69, the first you listed is the most latest greatest.

One difference is the first: 8300M is Multilanguage version, which includes many many languages, including some Asian languages
the second 8300E includes European languages.
Both include English.

But the release numbers being a few digits higher mean more than languages, there are bug fixes or something in the modules that, as stated, only RIM know specifically.

.55 is the latest carrier release that is stickied here. .69 I believe is a newer beta release so both of them were correct.

We're all right... yes one is the latest officially posted by the carriers, and the .69 is out there, but a later release.

I love it when everyone is right, and i can be included in that group.
