Angry help going mad

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded my 8310 to v4.5.0.52 and since then my google maps dont work they load to 10% then stop and my bb maps dont work also when I try to load them it say your device is not configured for BIS or BES Iam on vodafone UK I dont want to downgrade as I want to keek the video camera some one please help me it driving me crasy

You really should have loaded version .55 rather than .52, unless the .52 was a typing mistake on your part.

Make sure the BB has two things:
1. Enter your TCP settings for your carrier at Options > Advanced > TCP.

2. Go to Options > Advanced > GPS > Menu > Refresh GPS to get your satellites to see the device AFTER the OS upgrade. You need to be outside in a clear view of the sky, probably from your location, with a good southernly view. Wait up to ten minutes for the refresh. You might need to try a second time.

And there's a new version of Google Maps out today 2.3.1...

I would recommend upgrading to the latest version of the OS.

was just about to get back to you down loaded google maps again and they started working by the way what is the latest version of OS or should I not bother as I have maos working now by the you are the man thanks again
