Does anyone have any sending issues with your Gmail account on BIS while also having the Gmail app (v2.0) active and checking for emails for the same Gmail account? I know it's kind of redundant redundant to be doing this but I went to give the new Gmail app a try again and inadvertently left it running and checking mail in the background. Now any time I try to send using the Gmail account on BIS, it immediately goes to pending (clock icon) in my Messages. Numerous attempts to resend does nothing. Recreating the account on my BIS page works just momentarily and the first couple of emails get sent but eventually, it ends up doing the same thing. Sending via the Gmail app on the other hand seems to work fine.
To make a long story short, I deleted the Gmail app, resent service books, and now it's working fine. I guess I kind of solved my own problem but just wanted to send a feeler out there to see if anyone has experienced the same and if so, should I just avoid the Gmail app like the proverbial plague, or if there is a workaround.
Edit: Blackberry is using OS 18.104.22.168.
