Hi all I have 8703 bb and was wondering what I need to see the email in html since alot of the ones I get are in html

You need OS 4.5 and an exchange 2007 if you have a BES

Neither are required.

Sans OS 4.5, the OP can get HTML email using third-party software such as Empower.
Empower your BlackBerry with HTML Email Viewer and BES MailBox

And I don't know where you got the Exchange 2007 and BES requirement from... but that's just nonsense.
