Default Disabling the GPS

Please Login to Remove!

I rarely need to use the GPS in my 8310, but I can't find out how to disable it. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Ummmmm I knew that!

Below is what I have on that screen. Based on what I see (and it's that way everytime I go to it unless I bring up the menu and choose "Refresh GPS"), I think the GPS is off all the time unless an application turns it on and uses it.

GPS Data Source: Device GPS
GPS Location:
Latitude:
Longitude:
Fix Time: None
NUmber of Staellites: 0
Accuracy: 0.0 m
