Default New 8320 NOT SYNCING

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to sync my 8320 with my laptop(Vista) and all I am getting is blinking hourglass with something popping up periodically saying "connecting to computer".......

please help

First--unplug from the USB cable, and reboot both the PC and BlackBerry (remove the battery and replace it).

What version of Desktop Manager do you have loaded?

If rebooting as JS suggests doesn't help...
Try going with a newer version of DM like 4.5. Also, when installing it make sure to right click the install icon and select run as admin when you install it. I have 4.5 on my wife's Vista and have no problems.

I'd recommend DM ver 4.6, but I am just saying that disagree, spout my opinion here in the forums, and build my own ego.
