I have an e-mail account on outlook.How ever this e-mail account is a little trickey. This is my school e-mail and the address is and when I log in I have to put in coby2\osullie061@cobleskill.edu. The blcackberry will let me get the account on my handheld but I do not recive any e mails and several hours later it says this account is no longer accessable. I belive the problem may be the fact that the blackberry is trying to use the site mailserv1.cobleskill.edu and it is suppose to use mailserv2.cobleskill.edu when I try to change it I get a error message sayibg there was a proble authenticating the e-mail.

Not a good idea to list your real email address in a post.

When you set up the email in the BIS website just put in the email and not the password, it will take you to the next screen which you will need to enter the setting on your own see if this works.
