Default Speed Dial "1" For Voicemail Starts 3 Way Call

Please Login to Remove!

Hello again,

When I press & hold the "1" key to access voicemail, after the call starts, a pop-up comes on stating "pausing for 3 seconds" and then attempts to start a 3 way call with another number. The only way I'm able to call voicemail is to manually dial my number.

Thanks for your help. You folks are great!

Alan

My curve gives me the pausing for 3 seconds, but that is usually followed by a "Access Code" for the voicemail service. Check in your Voicemail Options to see if the access code is provisioned.
