Please Login to Remove!

When ever on the phone its so hard for the other person to hear me. Its like all the sounds around me are intensified. How do I change that?

Howdy Stephanie,

Are you using a headset or just the phone's mic? If just the phone's mic, I'd try a headset, bluetooth or wired, and see if it's still a problem on the other end.

Default Background Noise

I had this problem with my BB Pearl before I changed over to the Curve. The phone store representative was adamant that background noise, unless in a very noisy area, should not be a problem and suggested it was probably the phone. He said that only in really noisy places would I need an ear piece with noise cancellation.

Any time people have a hard time hearing me, due to background noise at work or home, I just use my wired headset or the BT headset. I don't use BT as much, since it tends to zap the battery a lot faster if it's on and I'm not really using it. For me no sense in having BT on for 10 hours if you are not going to use it.

Too bad there is not an auto on feature of the BT and headset, only when the phone rings. Hummmm
