Default how long does it take to install bb os 4.5.0.108/4.5.0.81 on a comp?

i'm just wondering because i have a windows xp gateway tablet and i've had please wait while the installshield wizard installs bb device software v.5.0 for bb smartphone. this may take several minutes on my screen for over an hour hmm. any suggestions on what to do will be greatly appreciated.

If you already haven't, unplug the BB from the USB, cancel the upgrade and start again.

Cancel that out and try installing again. Shouldn't take that long to get the package installed.

Have you installed anything on that PC lately? Any reason the newest Windows Installer wouldn't already be there?

You might need to visit the MS update site...
