Got my 8330 2 weeks ago and set up my personal and work email accounts using BIS (can't use BES at work because my 8330 isn't work issued). Everythings been working fine until yesterday morning, when I got a message that my work account was temporarily not accessible. No big deal, I figured, just maintenance or a temporary outage. Today I still can't access my work account, send or receive. No problem with my personal accounts throughout this period. Checked with the tech at work who helped me set up access and she claims no changes. What I've tried:
Delete and add account. I get confirmation that the account is added and should be available in 20 minutes, but no luck.
Tried changinging from an IMAP account to Outlook Web Access. Couldn't create account.
Tried pulling battery. No change.
