Default Fatal error occurred

Hey

Just got my BB 8310

I was trying to ugprade it to the 4.5 software but I keep getting a message "fatal error has occured when its trying to update the program. Please try again."

I also tried to reboot my pc and the same problem occured again.

All the expert, please help me to solve this problem.

I am using desktop manager 4.5. thanks a lot in advance
