I have updated like 5 blackberry's to 4.5 but ever since i updated to desktop manager 4.6 i havent been able to update the o.s. in any blackberry's. i'm trying to update my co-workers now but it wont find the 4.5 update. i've gone back to desktop manager 4.5 and i still cant get it to update. is there something that i'm missing. I've deleted the vendor file and it still doesnt work.

What OS are you using on your PC XP or Vista, I along with others have had problems with Vista.

I don't have much for ya. I did not have any problems with it until OS 4.3 on the BB.

Have you uninstalled all of the occurances of DM from you PC and then reinstalled 4.5? Don't forget to reinstall the OS you want to upgrade to . Then reboot the PC and try to upgrade then.

i just had the same problem today and i couldnt do anything on vista. went to an xp cpu and its all good. vsita did my first upgrade fine but problems after that.
