Post MMS msgs cant send or recieve

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8310 BBCurve with AT&T.
Mulitmedia reception and Automatic Retrieval both are selected as: Always
i just upgraded from an 8300 to an 8310 (for the telenav). I have the same plan that I had with the 8300 but it just doesnt seem to work.
I have read the Forums for the past two nights (just to make sure i didnt miss anything, which maybe I have, and just need to be pointed in the correct direction?).
I have pulled the battery to see if that pushed the MMS through, nope, didnt work. (also pulled the battery while the phone was turned on too)
I tried to send myself a picture, and that doesnt work either.
==I just want to get pix that are sent to me== am i asking for too much?
When people send me pix i get a message telling me to go to a website to view it, enter a code, and then wait for it to upload. Not as fun I say.
I think that covers everything. I believe I have been thorough, but would appreciate ANY help ANY one has on where I can go to click the right button to make this happen, i'd GREATLY appreciate it!
Thanks so much for your help!
Kimberli

You need to talk to AT&T. If you're getting the 'www.viewmymessage.com' notification, then it's a provisioning issue and there is nothing you can do on the phone to make it work. AT&T has to fix it.
