Whenever I send a txt message to a TMO cell the other person receives it as a network message. This happened when I upgraded to 4.5. Any answers to get thid back to a regular txt message?

try resending your service books, and checking your SMS preferred network and you're re-routing number (under Options>SMS Text) making sure it is adjusted with TMo...if you continue to have problems, you may want to try contacting them and they might have a solution...other than that, try a hard restart...
