Did you check the box in Application Loader so that it would be loaded to the device? Plug it back in and run apploader and make sure the box is checked.

I don't understand what you mean?!?!?!? It comes with 4.5 OS. If you mean the programs that are within DocsToGo, then it has WordToGo, SlideshowToGo, and if you do the free registration, then it will have SheetsToGo.

After you register it should ask you to download it, then you need to reboot.

I've done all the above but when I update it tells me I have the latest version of the produce, 1.002. There is no Sheets to Go.

In my DM Documents to Go is checked but it says Downgrade.

Can anyone help me with getting Sheets to Go?

I rebooted, pulled the battery. Still no Sheets to Go and hitting update takes me to their website and it still says I have the latest version.

I just recently upgraded my OS to 4.5.0.81 and that is when I noticed Sheets To Go was not there. It was before when I had .69.

When upgrading 4.5 to another 4.5 you need to delete the DocumentsToGo.alx file so that the upgrade doesn't reinstall the original version.

Maybe is a low space issue; how much free space do you have in your BB? Or try this out: connect your BB to the computer let it downgrade, disconnect, do a battery pull and update again.

You need to uninstall it, then reinstall it from the OS and application loader and then update it again. Then in the future, be sure and delete the DocumentsToGo.alx file before doing an upgrade. Then the current version will be preserved.

Wirelessly posted

When I registered, they sent me a download link via email. I clicked on the link on my bb and it installed without issue. I never uninstalled anything.
