Can't access media after upgrade to 4.5.0

Default Can't access media after upgrade to 4.5.0

Please Login to Remove!
I successfully completed an upgrade to 4.5.0 a couple of days ago (4.5.0.81).
I now find that when I click on the "Media" icon, I get the following error:

Error starting net_rim_bb_file_explorer: Module 'net_rim_bb_file_explorer' attempts to access a secure API.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

It seems I also can't format the media card in the Blackberry. If I go to Options->Advanced Options, there is no entry to do with a media card.
