Default Can I update to latest OS a Locked 8320 without sim card?

Please Login to Remove!

I want to know if I can I update to latest OS my new Locked Curve 8320 without sim card? And After the update to the latest OS, can I put the unlocked code to unlock it, put my sim card and restore it to my latest back up? Or is better to update to latest OS after unlocking it? Thanks to all of you for your support to my questions.

It doesn't matter if the SIM card is in or not.
You can unlock any time. Makes no difference when you do it.

Yes, to all questions.

Or update after unlocking it.

Works fine either way.

Well, I guess it's a consensus.

Thank you so very much to all. I will update while waiting for the unlock code. Maybe a new OS will come out for my tmo 8320.
