Please help!, sometimes, when i get an email and reply to it, it is marked with an X, when i click on "show address" it is empty, there is no email address. When i go to the address book to make sure i do have an address for this person then the contact is empty too, only the name is displayed.

Any ideas of what can be done about this?

I'm on Verizon (meaning I don't have a SIM card), so I've got no experience with this, but from what I've read it sounds like the contact is being stored on the SIM card, which doesn't store email addresses. I guess it's possible that you have the contact store on both the SIM and device memory.

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can chime in here, but I thought this might get you started.
