Cool taking pictures with curve 8320

Please Login to Remove!

when pics were taken noticed the file has an extension of jpg.rem and wont let me download image to laptop. anyone have a way of converting this or telling me what has to be done

Welcome to BB Forums.
Sounds like you have Encryption turned on. That will force the .rem extension.

I believe you have to turn encryption off to get the pictures over.

By the way, I used the handy "search" feature (I typed in .rem in the search field) to get information on this.
