I had a question if the download from Blackberry for the 4.5 os for the 8300 will work on a 8300 branded to at&t? And if it does is there any thing that needs to be done different?

Read the instructions above that go with the stickie note. Yes, it works with AT&T devices. You just need to remove the "vendor.xml" file before running the update. And make sure you download the update that is specific to the 8300.
