Default backing up with 4.6

Please Login to Remove!

I have tried several times to backup my device running 4.5.0.81 with 4.6 desktop manager. I keep getting error backing up database. I searched for help and only suggestion is to wipe and restore. I don't really want to wipe clean without backing up first, any ideas.

Hi...

I had this happen with .69 on an 8310. Can you tell where it fails during the backup? This can be difficult to troubleshoot as the backup will only give you a hint to where it stops working.

I believe the solution is to do an advanced backup and leave out browser cache & profiles. There are details in other threads here. Search...
