I used JL_Cmder to wipe one of my BlackBerries I'm having trouble with. First, how do I know it really worked? I mean ...the thing was done in seconds. So I tried it again running it from a command prompt, and it's asking for my password. If it's wiped, how does it still know what the password is???

if youre using javaloader from the command line and wiping it, then its wiped.

Well it appears to be ...except a problem that was created when trying to upgrade the OS to 4.5 still exists. The screen is white with some faded lines running up the middle. When I run Rove Mobile Viewer, it shows 507 in the cirlce with the line through it. So I'm trying to follow the steps to fix that (even though I can really only see that using Mobile Viewer). But that's not fixing it either.
