Question Won't Sync

Please Login to Remove!

Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this. I have two blackberry 8320's and one of them does not get recognized by my desktop manager or my wife's manager on her mac. I have tried to reboot and nothing has happened. I am at a wall and wondering if any of you guys could help?

Thanks,
Zack

Does it work otherwise - voice and data?

Have you tried pulling the battery while the device is on and letting it reboot?

Wirelessly posted

Could be defective are there dents/dings. Near the USB port? Are you able to try and plug the BlackBerry in question into a different computer?

I had a similiar problem at work except when I plugged in a particular BlackBerry it would either not been by seen by the BlackBerry Desktop Manager or crash the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Media card should have nothing to do with recognizing the device itself. Are you telling us that it wasn't really recognizing the media card in the first place?

No, it didnt recognize the device. I assumed that it eas the media card because when I reformatted it worked, but it was not reading a device. It must of been a coincidence.
