I'm using Empower BES MailBox on my 8330 running OS 4.5, and even though I have the option set to do so, there is no unread message count being displayed next to my BES MailBox icon despite the mailbox containing several unread emails. Ideas?

Empower BES Mailbox is not supported on OS 4.5.

In addition to no unread message count, I'm experiencing 2 additional issues:

* When I first enter the BES MailBox I'm first shown my BIS or Messages mailbox for about a half-second

* Hide Sent Messages is not working

If I go from 4.5 back to 4.3 (is that the previous version?), what will I lose? Just html email?
