I could use some help. I have tried all the major items.
Soft Reset. ##000000 (twice)
Resent Service Books (twice)
Alltel is telling me it is with my IT department, but I can't receive my blackberry.com email.
I can send email from both accounts, but can't receive any email.
Outlook exchange server - email (6 other people in the same location using this exchange server for blackberry)
blackberry.com - email
