What would cause the LED AND the Keyboard to flash? Timing is similar to LED Coverage Indicator, but both the LED and the keyboard are flashing. LED Coverage Indicator is set to Off. Battery has been pulled since setting the LED Indicator to off and it still blinks. The LED is flashing green.

No, it's new so nothing installed and hasn't seen any moisture.

Since your phone is new, pretty sure that you haven't installed and loaded much yet. First, back it up. Secondly, do a wipeout. Then reload (restore) your data. Lemme know what happens.
