A very commonly asked question. You will have to redo EA after an update, however, if you are connected to your corporate network, the BES should initate the EA for you.

If you are not on the network, you will have to contact the BES Admins to restart the EA.

Will I need to request a new password if I connect to the network?

I have never had to. After the upgrade (leave the BB connected) the EA should start by itself.

Okay, so how to I perform a reinstall of 4.5 if it's already on my device?

Hmm - why do you need to reinstall 4.5 if it is already on your device?
