Please Login to Remove!

Hello ppl I am new to this site but NOT new to bb's. I bought my 8310 a week ago and it came with the 4.2 os and I was able to download ringtones with no problem from a number of diff sites. Now when I download them it says the file is 0kb in size and 0:00 in length. Is there any reason for this this only started after I put the 4.5 os on my phone please help this is killing me

Have you tried a battery pull with the BB powered on to reset the device?

That happens to me sometimes as well. Especially if I download over-the-air. So, I usually do a battery pull. Also, they may come up as 0:00 length, but if you play them they will work -- my experience.

Check to make sure that you didn't run out of device memory and be sure to actually move all your media files to the card.
