I thought the new patch, the 4.5, made it so html in emails would show. Mine is not! Help!

I must be blind. I don't see where it says enable html.

Go to the location where you setup your email accts and you will see a section to resend your service books. Just click on it

Yes

I rate my html mail at about a B- or C+ its not perfect.
If my suggestions do noy work then you should delete your email accts and place back.

Sorry if this has been covered, but I haven't found an answer. I've updated to 4.5.0.81 through T-Mobile's website, set to YES Enable HTML and to download images automatically, and have resent the service books. After I've done all that when a new e-mail is received I still must "Get Image" or "Get Images". Should this be the case?

That's the way it works. It's all about security with RIM.

But, I noticed that my "Enable HTML" (for a TMo 8320) was under "Email Settings" not "General Options" in case anyone else is looking.

Not working under a Verizon 8330.
