Default html not working on my email

Please Login to Remove!

I thought the new patch, the 4.5, made it so html in emails would show. Mine is not! Help!

Resend your service books. If you are on 4.5, the options I am discussing will become available.

Default Images Downloaded Automatically?

Sorry if this has been covered, but I haven't found an answer. I've updated to 4.5.0.81 through T-Mobile's website, set to YES Enable HTML and to download images automatically, and have resent the service books. After I've done all that when a new e-mail is received I still must "Get Image" or "Get Images". Should this be the case?

That's the way it works. It's all about security with RIM.

Thanks, zerog46. I wasn't sure if that was a change with the official T-Mobile download.

Thanks for all the help and links. Sending the Service Books worked for me.

But, I noticed that my "Enable HTML" (for a TMo 8320) was under "Email Settings" not "General Options" in case anyone else is looking.
