Default Can't run WSJ Mobile Reader on my T-Mobile Curve?

Please Login to Remove!

My favorite app for my curve was the WSJ reader - good articles, quotes etc...

Ever since I updated the software to the new version, the WSJ Mobile Reader will not open or run. When I try initializing it, it takes me to the news tabs set up screen (empty) and a box saying "No catalog account found" pops up.

Then nothing.

Anyone else have this problem. I've reloaded the software twice, and even tried it on a different phone. Same result.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what could be causing this problem but can you try uninstalling the application once more using this process?

To delete the application:

- Go to Options
- Go to Advanced Options
- Go to Applications
- Scroll down to WSJ Mobile Reader choose "Delete" from the menu.

Select "Restart" and it will restart your BB.

When it has restarted, please check to make sure everything is deleted properly by:

- Go to Options
- Go to Advanced Options
- Go to Applications
- From the menu, choose "Modules"
- Scroll to the bottom and if there are any entries that start with "WSJournal", use the "Delete" menu to remove them.

Then reinstall and see if you have better luck.
