Default Camera icon disappear from home screen

Please Login to Remove!

Hi to all

I am wondering if you guys experience the same problem in your Blackberry and how do you solve.
I found the camera icon on the home screen of my BB is gone since last week, I am not sure what cause that?
I can not find Camera icon even I change a "show all" mode, on the other hand, I am still able to start my camera but setting on "Option" => "Screen/Keyboard" => "Right Side Convenience Key Opens"
So it is obvious we do have the application, it is just the icon disappear for no reason.

Do you guys have similar problem? How do you fix it?
Thank you for your answering in advance

Did you install any new APPs? If not you could try a reload. Maybe the OS is corrupted.
