Ok so I upgraded to the .99 OS and now when I take pictures with the camera it'll snap the picture then the screen stays white and no picture comes up?

Anyway to fix this?

What's rollback? I don't even know. Ever since I upgrade to 4.5 no matter which one the camera has yet to work? I don't know what to do.

Rollback means, reloading a older OS, which used to work fine for you.

However there's more chances of fixing this if you just RELOAD the OS again.

Try pulling the battery cover off and using your little finger to push on the camera lens and the ring that is around the lens, see if it pops into place. Then try the camera and taking a picture again. See if that helps

Just an observation...you're using a 9000 Bold and asking the question in an 83xx forum. User experiences might be different through different OS's/phones. Check the Bold forum and good luck with your issue!

what about those of us who have an 8310 and the camera isn't working? I upgraded to .99 and i get an error message when i open the camera, telling me to close other applications. The video recorder works fine, though
